AADI’s Animal Assisted Education Programme with Royal Canin Foundation
Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland (AADI) is proud to partner with the Royal Canin Foundation for the Animal Assisted Education Programme, a transformative initiative aimed at supporting neurodivergent students in schools across Ireland. In collaboration with University College Cork, this program places specially trained assistance dogs in primary and post-primary schools to foster inclusivity, reduce stress, and promote social engagement.
Our canine companions provide a unique, non-judgmental presence, creating an atmosphere of calm, improving student attendance, and encouraging positive interactions. This project reflects our shared vision of a more inclusive, supportive learning environment, where every child is empowered to reach their full potential.
