1. Promoter
The promoter is Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland, 18a Euro Business Park, Little Island, Cork (CHY 19293) (the “Promoter”), under licence from Cork City District Court.
2. Prize
2.1 The first prize is a new Toyota Yaris Cross Luna Sport Bi-Tone, valued at €37,535. No other prizes are available.
2.2 The prize does not include road tax, motor insurance, or any additional features outside the factory-standard condition.
2.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for dissatisfaction with the prize. The prize is provided “as is,” and no warranty or guarantee is made regarding its suitability.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The raffle will run from 9:00 am on 19 November 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 5:00 pm on 20 November 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
3.2 Entries must be received by 5:00 pm on the Closing Date. Late entries are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the raffle, purchase a ticket through one of the following methods:
In-person: At €5 for a single ticket or €20 for 5 tickets from the Promoter’s address (see Clause 1).
At events: From volunteers or employees at in-person events.
Online: Via https://register.enthuse.com/ps/event/WinAToyota.
Social Media: Through official links provided via Facebook advertising or other social media platforms managed by the Promoter.
3.4 Retain your ticket as proof of purchase.
3.5 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Retain a copy for your reference.
3.6 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) Responsibility for lost, delayed, or mislaid entries due to technical, postal, or other failures beyond its control.
(b) Proof of posting or transmission as proof of entry receipt.
3.7 By entering the raffle, entrants agree to participate in any publicity related to the raffle if requested.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The raffle is open to persons aged 18 and over, except:
(a) Employees of the Promoter.
(b) Immediate family members or household members of employees.
4.2 Entrants must provide proof of eligibility, such as government-issued ID, if requested.
4.3 Invalid entries include those that are:
(a) Automatically generated or completed in bulk.
(b) Tampered with, altered, or illegible.
(c) Photocopied or incomplete.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winning ticket will be drawn electronically on 24 November 2025, in the presence of two independent witnesses who are not associated with the Promoter.
5.2 The decision of the Promoter regarding the winner and entry validity is final.
5.3 The winner will be contacted within two weeks using the phone number or email provided.
5.4 The winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s website: www.autismassistancedogsireland.ie.
5.5 The winner’s details will remain visible on the website for no longer than three months, in compliance with GDPR.
5.6 The Promoter will not accept alternative contact details after ticket purchase.
6. How to Claim the Prize
6.1 Allow up to 30 days for prize delivery.
6.2 The winner must present a valid driving licence and proof of insurance upon collection of the vehicle.
6.3 Prizes cannot be claimed by a third party.
6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the prize by 15 December 2025, the prize may be awarded to an alternate eligible entrant.
6.5 The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot take up the prize.
7. Publicity
By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes if they win. The winner’s name may appear on digital platforms and promotional materials. Entrants may opt out of publicity by contacting the Promoter.
8. Restrictions
Individuals attempting to manipulate or circumvent the draw process will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant who breaches these terms.
9. Right to Modify or Cancel
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the raffle if circumstances beyond its control arise.
9.2 In such cases, a substitute prize of equivalent monetary value may be offered.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury incurred during prize use, except where negligence by the Promoter or its agents is proven.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
