Giving Tuesday is 3rd December!

Lend a helping paw for our next generation of life transforming Assistance Dogs this Giving Tuesday.

This Giving Tuesday, join AADI in raising €5,000 to support the breeding of our next litter of life-changing assistance dogs for children with autism.

These extraordinary dogs are more than companions – they are protectors, guides, and life-changers for children with autism and their families. With your support, we can give hope, independence, and safety to families across Ireland.

Take a look below to see some fun facts behind each litter a Brood mum welcomes into the world with the support of Team AADI’s operations team and breeding volunteers.

Breeding the next generation of superheroes

Veterinary Care

As our brood mums get ready for her pups, our training team prioritises their welfare with regular vet visits and examinations:
Hip and elbow scoring – €500
Genetic testing – €200
Bloodwork – €375

Nutritional Support

The first eight weeks of our puppies’ lives depend on their brood mum and our breeding volunteers. In this time, proper nutrition is essential for the health and welfare of the brood mum and her litter of puppies to meet vital milestones in their development.

Early Development

Socialisation and nurturing activities help puppies build confidence and adaptability, ensuring they are ready for their future as Autism Assistance Dogs. With your generosity, we can continue to make their training possible.
